We believe that these performing arts lift the spirit and raise the motivation of youth that would otherwise find negative outlets in which to express themselves.

We collaborate with artists through Soaring High Co-Operative in an effort to facilitate mutual support, recognition, and the exchanging of ideas.

We work to encourage a thriving community of artists. We facilitate classes, lectures and performances and youth festivals, in an effort to enrich the lives of the youth we work with. Angel Entertainment Foundation strives to unleash the artistic potential of every youth member with in the foundation.

Meet Dr. Kandis Blakely

Dr. Kandis Blakely, PhD, is a licensed Psychotherapist, Author, International Speaker, Teacher and the creator of New Decision Therapy (NDT), a method for eliminating energetic blockages in the body caused by traumatic events from the past.
